Founder’s Story – Niti Yamdagni

Born and raised in the serene foothills of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, Niti Yamdagni grew up surrounded by nature, tradition, and a deep respect for holistic living. These early influences quietly shaped her belief that true success—whether in life or business—must be rooted in balance, integrity, and well-being.

An MBA in Marketing from Pune, Niti went on to build and lead multiple successful business ventures across diverse sectors. Each journey strengthened her understanding of people, purpose, and sustainable growth. Yet, amid professional achievements and the joyful responsibilities of being a mother to two children, she felt a growing desire to create something more meaningful—something that aligned deeply with health, authenticity, and everyday wellness.

That calling led to the birth of Vansam.

Vansam began as a vision to offer simple, honest wellness solutions inspired by traditional wisdom and suited for modern lifestyles. Starting with flavoured green teas, the brand reflects Niti’s belief that small, mindful choices can create lasting impact on health and quality of life. Vansam is not just a business—it is an extension of her values, with plans to expand into multiple wellness-focused verticals that promote better living.

Deeply passionate about family and friendships, Niti brings the same warmth, respect, and trust into her business relationships. Co - Founder's Story - Vartika P Singh

Vartika brings a strong foundation in education and a deep belief in lifelong learning to the brand. She began her career in 2016 as an Economics teacher at an ICSE school, where she discovered her passion for guiding students and nurturing their potential—values that continue to shape her approach today.

She later served as an Assistant Professor at Doon University until 2023, mentoring undergraduate students and helping them grow into confident, independent thinkers. Her ability to connect and inspire remains central to how she builds meaningful relationships within the brand.

To expand her teaching approach, Vartika earned the Cambridge CELTA certification from International House, Prague, and went on to work as a Communication Trainer. This experience strengthened her focus on clarity, engagement, and authentic expression—skills she now brings into shaping the brand’s voice and vision.

She completed her schooling at St. Mary’s Convent, Nainital, followed by an Economics Honours degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and a Master’s in Economics from Kumaon University. She has also qualified for NET and USET in Economics.

At her core, Vartika believes that growth is driven by curiosity, care, and continuous learning. She channels this philosophy into creating a thoughtful, high-quality experience rooted in mindfulness and connection.

CMO - Shashank Barthwal

Shashank Barthwal’s journey into the world of branding and consumer connection is rooted in a deep passion for storytelling, strategy, and purpose-driven marketing. With an MBA in Marketing from ICM Dehradun, he built a strong academic foundation that seamlessly translated into real-world expertise across diverse marketing landscapes.

Over the years, Shashank has gained extensive experience in marketing—ranging from brand positioning and customer engagement to growth strategy and digital transformation. His approach goes beyond conventional marketing; he believes in building emotional connections between brands and people, turning products into experiences and customers into communities.
