Delivery & Package Inspection

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it and notify us within 24 hours with photos or an unboxing video.
Failed or Returned Deliveries

Orders returned due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

Refunds or re-shipping will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Vansam Tea reserves the right to restrict COD for customers with repeated RTO cases.
