RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At VANSAM, every product, whether a handcrafted herbal green tea blend or a pack of roasted foxnut makhana, is quality-checked before dispatch. Because all our products are consumable in nature, our return policy is structured to protect both hygiene and customer fairness.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact

  • Transit damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening every VANSAM order, as it serves as the most effective evidence in case of a dispute.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contactus@vansamstore.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Contact details

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photographs or video

Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to VANSAM's error or a confirmed defective product.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with a broken or tampered seal

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or misuse after delivery

  • Products purchased during promotional, discounted, or sale campaigns, unless defective

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping will be arranged and covered by VANSAM. In all other eligible cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation will not be possible.
