Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India

  • Any applicable shipping charges, if introduced, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation

  • All charges are inclusive of applicable GST

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation

  • Each product undergoes a quality and packaging integrity check before dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch

  • Timelines may vary based on delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, or peak sale periods

  • VANSAM shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery and Package Inspection

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery

  • Inspect your package carefully before accepting it. If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and notify us within 24 hours with supporting photographs or an unboxing video

7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Refunds or re-shipping in such cases will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges

  • VANSAM reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery for customers with a history of repeated RTO cases
